Terms of Use
Last updated: 23 July 2026
By using Meridian (the web app and/or the native iOS app, including TestFlight), you agree to these terms.
What Meridian is
Meridian is a personal net-worth tracking tool. It is not a bank, broker, investment advisor, or tax service. Numbers you enter are for your own records. Nothing in the product is financial, legal, or tax advice.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
- On the web app, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- On iOS, you are responsible for device security and backups of local data (the app does not cloud-sync financial records).
Accounts (web)
Web access requires an account. You must provide a valid email and a password that meets the minimum requirements shown at signup. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
iOS app
The native iOS app stores financial data on device only and does not require an account. Features may differ slightly from the web app. Availability depends on Apple’s platforms and review processes.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves. The product is currently free; we may introduce paid plans later with clear notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian Financial Tracking is not liable for decisions you make based on data in the app, lost profits, or data loss—including on-device data on iOS if the device is lost without a backup.
